Recently a patient went for a run in the park as the season was changing. Afterwards, they experienced headaches, muscle strain and pain on the right side of the hip. An evaluation led to a chiropractic treatment for an imbalance in the pelvis and spine.  This alleviated the muscle spasm in their hips, glutes, shins, and calves. I also recommended that they purchase new running shoes!
